Tedious, pedantic, mostly unnecessary,

In what world do I need to define the difference between terms that have the same result? For example Equality and Equity. I'm an engineer - not a lawyer. You can drive a car without knowing the tightening torques of the bolts that hold the Engine together. If your car is not running right you need to know what to do - you won't have to answer questions at the level of detail you deal with. I found it hard to answer the questions because I was so enraged.

Good introduction to bullying

I now understand bullying and harassment in the workplace in more depth and what to do if I experience or witness it. I think each store should have a workplace pact put together by all staff and displayed in the back office.
