yes it was a very good and informative coarse that i will use in my day to day life in and outside work .

Covered all the aspects that both Managers and Employees need to know in a jargon free manner - really explained bullying and the subtleties that this behaviour can manifest, which is not always appreciated by others - bullies, observers and victims. Overall very good.
