Explains the difference between bullying and harassment clearly, and gives good advice as to how to approach a bully (or not!).
In what world do I need to define the difference between terms that have the same result? For example Equality and Equity. I'm an engineer - not a lawyer. You can drive a car without knowing the tightening torques of the bolts that hold the Engine together. If your car is not running right you need to know what to do - you won't have to answer questions at the level of detail you deal with. I found it hard to answer the questions because I was so enraged.
