I liked the information contained in the course as it provided some good information on what identifies as harassment and bulling. The proper ways to deal with situations that may occur and who to report to when and if a situation may arise. I found the content explained very well and provided some clearer vision in the difference of harassment and bulling. Overall, it was a good course and glad I got the opportunity to complete it.

The only thing I didn't hear or pick up on was the reference to "Protected Characteristic" maybe I missed it, or perhaps it was not explained in a suitable manner.
I had not realised there are so many different forms and terms of bullying. This course provided me with the knowledge of the many various types of bullying and harassement that go on in our society,
