Covered a lot of things I wasn't aware of
I understand Bullying and Harassment. Determining which type was more confusing. I did not feel the course was especially clear on defining differences. a short list of each type rather than individual cases may have helped.
It made me realise how bullying can go on around you without you realising
the course makes you aware of what is right and wrong, also it lets you know your rights and responsibilities so you can take the appropriate action. very informative.
