For me the course would be enhanced if it also dealt with what makes a bully bully? And what makes an organization tolerant of or even encouraging of persistent bullies? The power differential was mentioned and HR. Often HR are far from impartial. View points are assessed/weighted according to seniority. Bias of all kinds is rife. Competition and insecurity perpetuate this insidious problem. Meanwhile people and organizations suffer.
As Above.

I am now aware of the various forms of bullying and harassment that can occur in the workplace, making it easier for me to identify them.
Some of the terminology is difficult to absorb, hence one wrong question answered. It does however enable you to recognise what bullying is especially the Third Party Bullying which I had not realised could be an issue.
Great course detailed with lots of information being shared.
Brief but could have been quicker. Ability to speed up video would be welcome
Good course highlighting fact to take forward such as things I had forgotten and things to think about and consider in the future.
