good introduction, felt that it was approached well, good emphasis on the distinction between strong management and bullying, steps the employee can take. couple of typos (i.e. question 17) and glitches in sound that can be ironed out though!

A straightforward course to complete that was well presented and very effective. I will be looking to roll this out with my colleagues as I feel it will be a very effective in supporting, encouraging and maintaining a productive and positive workforce 😊
The training was informative. 4 stars only because with it being online, questions can't be asked and discussed..
This training was easy to use and follow, it was good to have the additional supporting content alongside the training itself and it was useful to have the option to go back over the sections during the test if needed!
Great training video that gets the message across in a fun yet professional manner.
Easy to use, helpful and entertaining although one question was a bit misleading classifying 'one off' rude e-mail as bullying while the emphasis of the course was that bullying is 'repeating negative behavior'. Most of our Colleagues had problem with this question.
