Found this course to be useful to informative.
Good presentation.
Covered the differences between bullying and harassment well. I was also unaware of the 9 protected characteristics.
It fails to cover how to deal with snowflakes, to whom any criticism is seen as bullying, plus what if you want to bully someone, what's the best way to get away with it?
Topic presented professionally. Main points covered. Easy to follow.
I loved the quiz, it helped consolidate the facts about harassment and bullying

It is good to do it but is a bit long winded, if you were working it would take ages to fill in.
