this course provided me with a greater insight into harassment and bullying and reiterated the steps to take as a manager and as an employee. It was a clear and easy to follow course.
Easy to complete when in a quiet area with no disruptions, great way to complete in house training
This is a very interesting course, though I wish I had done it years ago. It would have been helpful to know what to do when it is the most senior manager of all who is using negative behaviour, as it appeared to have been looked at only from the point of view of a manager.
