If im honest i got a couple wrong its such a fine line between bullying and harrassment, being nice and or over nice or even having a good or a bad day all things come into play. the course is good for bringing so much to your attention in such an easy manner.
Ideal course especially I am doing advanced course in HR at a time

I live ion Australia so the legal definition of Bullying and harassment is not as clear here. I wish we were as clear as the UK! But very good program.

Everyone should know about being bullied or harassed as I was bullied at school and it absolutely awful so I think this is brilliant.
Good course for people with little knowledge of bullying and harassment. Easy to understand and work through and you are given the option to go back to sections if you want to refresh what you have learned. The test at the end is a good way to check your knowledge.
I felt that the course was very positive as a platform to reinforce understanding of the subject.I am glad that I passed first time,but at the same time I knew that I could retake it again if necessary!
It is good to know how to deal with bullying and harrassment in the workplace, and having the confidence to report a situation without fear of repercussions, for oneself or another employee.
