I found the course a great introduction to bullying and harassment, as I for one always struggled to differentiate between the two.

The material was clear and thorough. I liked the visualization. I also had to revisit some sections because certain elements of this subject are quite subtle but in the end, I managed to take a perfect test.If I can offer one suggestion; there is an unusual type of bullying I experienced before as part of the senior management. (All the other senior management experienced it too). One of our colleges, a subordinate were doing everything to undermine the creadibility of the senior leadership staff, out of revenge for not getting the leadership position. This included gossip, holding secret meetings, making up stories about how she is was victimized by senior staff, threatening the boss in writing, and more. Unbelievable I know. We had meeting about trying to solve the situation but in the end, the leadership team felt they can't take action because the fear of the law will give the upper hand to the employee (who framed herself as a victim). So, it is an imbalance of power...a quite unusual one. One that's rarely spoken about and one, leadership should learn about. Great training! I very much appreciate the opportunity. Thank you!

Clear messaging in what constitutes bullying and harassment in the work place and what action can be taken. Could be a bit faster paced.

Easy process to follow and good mixture of video and written content. Timescale was appropriate for type of subject and retaining interest. Liked the ability to revisit or add to particular subjects Testing process was thorough but effective.

The training here has helped clarify a lot of things for me and greatly appreciated.

Good course - comprehensive and easy to follow - some of the test questions had the same answer covered - i.e weight not a protected characteristic - otherwise excellent

It was informative, kept you interested by providing subtle examples and continued testing throughout the presentation to ensure you were still focusing on important points.

A great course for all levels and ability. This course reinforced what i already knew but would definitely highlight to some people what is acceptable in the workplace.
