The course was nicely broken down into short clips that made it easy to follow and made the language clear and simple.

Very easy to understand, and even I, as a manager, learnt one or two things
In my previous employment I was subject to sustained bullying and harassment by staff and management and it brought my employment at that organisation to an end. I still suffer the psychological consequences of that. If I had had this training I think it would have been of considerable value and saved me significant workplace trauma.
Very useful to be able to watch parts of the course again, pause and return to it etc. Only thing I'd rather is that the main presenter talked abit slower but having the re-view option and the summary text at the end of each section made up for this.
