An excellent course - short, punchy and informative. Outlines all the key points clearly and allows you to revisit sections at any point for reinforcing what you have learnt.
A basic course which I found useful as a refresher course, (I have had past managerial experience of dealing with such issues) and particularly the clear explanation of the difference between bullying and harassment. From experience staff usually find this legalistic distinction difficult to understand and of course in a well managed workplace neither is acceptable.
The course makes you think about interaction with others
I was getting bullied by repeated emails telling me to complete the course, so I finally did it. It was good, though a bit long for what it contained. And there was one question in the test that had not been covered in the script.
