Have to take issue with one of the questions: There was a question something like: If the 'bully' thinks something is a a protected characteristic but it actually isn't, is this bullying or harassment. I think its bullying as thinking doesn't make something so. Although maybe I misinterpreted the question. 😊

I found the course in general very useful but thought the video clips against the spoken text was distracting.There was a lot going on in the videos and with trying to look at all that was going on slightly detracted and took your attention away from the spoken text.

I thought this was good I prefer the online training rather than face to face

This is a very well-structured course that is extremely clear and comprehensive. The assessment throughout is very good and I like the way that you are directed to the relevant area if you answer a question incorrectly. Sometimes it is easy to unintentionally move onto the next slide without looking at the additional information that is available. If there was some kind of pop-up box that informed you that there was additional material to look at as you were attempting to leave the slide, that would further improve an excellent training course.
