Videos are a bit lengthy
Very good topic and very useful , Especially in these strange times that we are in at the moment , Many people coping with look after children and working from home also People isolating, This can have an affect on how people mental health and could make you behave and deal with situations differently.

I have just completed the Bullying and Harassment for employees training and found it quite beneficial.The content is just enough and not to lengthy which keeps you interested.
