The content of the course was fine but the length was far too long and the 100 per cent pass needed was ridiculously high considering the amount of information included.
Good reminder of what is bullying / harrassment & how to deal with any circumstances you may find yourself in.

A good and useful approach clearly outlining the key areas. Easy to follow and short enough to keep the attention. The distinction between strong management and bullying was especially useful.
Course very informative for an employee to know what to do should they be harassed/ bullied in the work place. Showing ways in which to handle it and what action can be taken. Also, knowing the procedure should a manager be harassing/ bullying an employee.
