Managers do not instigate the grievance procedure for the employee, they would investigate using the disciplinary policy. disappointing that the wrong answer is given in the test. Trade union support is vital for any TU member in these circumstances, why is this not referred to?

I liked the course as it taught me a couple things I never knew
Easy to use and quick to do. Short clips gives learner time to absorb learning before moving on.
I now know the actual difference between bullying and harrasment which I didn't know before. A simple yet effective video which taught me a lot.
