It's good to learn about the differences between bullying and harassment, it's easy to assume they are the same thing.

I absolutely disagree that bullying has to be repeated to fit the definition of bullying. One off-color remark or behaviour could actually be much worse than a group of 10 smaller incidents.Use of real world examples would be more engaging and instructive.You said in the case of an employee tribunal incidents must be reported within 3 months. Is that the law in both the UK and the US? (I am in the US and that seems very arbitrary).
