I enjoyed the course. Very good material with simple but effective explanations. It would be useful for employees in every organization to undertake this short course.
The course provides an employee with brief description of behaviours, it's short, but informative, interactive and keeps the learner on their toes. Raises awareness and gives valid advices of steps that need to be taken. Ability to download resources is a big plus.

The videos were done well and I appreciated the links throughout to additional and beneficial content. I generally prefer more interactive content so the short questions between videos were helpful.
