The course gave a good basic understanding of what constitutes bullying and harassment.
The training was very easy to log on to and very beneficial learnt a lot .
Thank you for an excellent course in terms of content. However, I noticed immediately that it perpetuated some unfortunate stereotypes: a black female employee is consistently depicted as harassing a white male employee. A white female employee is depicted as bullying a white male employee.Not exclusively - but these were the pre-dominant images used and I found them most unfortunate in a dominant culture that tends to de-value black people and women. I wonder if you might consider changing these and using more of a variety of images...?
