A no nonsense clear course
Would welcome a summary on what was covered, to help to remind me.
A very concise explanation of the difference between bullying and harassment, with a very useful addition of acknowledging strong management. It highlighted the importance of thinking about what you say or how you behave towards others. It was also extremely useful to see the options/routes open to a person who feels they are a victim of bullying or harassment.

I thought the course was extremely well presented in a logical and clear to follow manner. It was well backed by example both verbally and in the short videos and the supporting information was also easy to access and to follow. By it's concise nature I now have a clearer understanding of the full differences between bullying and harassment in the work-place and how to act should I ever be a victim or a witness.
