Course clearly identified the differences between bullying and harassment.
An informative course, but woukd have liked to have a second try at the test to improve
I enjoyed the course. The material was presented in an entertaining way, which will aid memory. It avoided being patronising or stereotyped. The bite-size chunks of video are easy to digest and repeat. Of all the on-line training I have carried out, this was the most rewarding.
The course manages to tackle difficult issues with clarity and with the right tone. It makes one realise how easy it is to hurt other people's feelings. It increases self awareness of the fine line between strong management and bullying which in my opinion is the most blurred and the one to be most careful about.
The content is engaging and clear and of sufficient time to cover the topic appropriately.
