This course gives good and practical ideas about the difference between bullying and harassment.
I found the course to be clearly structured; informative and well presented. The flow could have been improved by having fewer break points as it required continual "clicking" to next section but that is a minor point. Test was clear and liked the "checkpoint" questions during the presentation.

Overall a good guide.
A lot to take in of the differences between bullying and harassments'. Good that companies are now being more aware of bullying and harrassment. A useful course.
It was very informative and easy to follow, however the questions made me think really hard at what was in the slides.
I think the training video is good and gave me a good understanding of exactly what bullying is, the difference between bullying and harassment and the correct procedure too follow to help deal with bullying. I'm sure this will make people aware and will prevent bullying in the workplace.
