hope this course will help a lot of people to make people realise how easy it is to get out of hand and for the guilty to realise what they doing .The course is very easy to follow and make people aware of what goes on in different work environments.

i am a bit of an old school and it was a good course and a gently reminder of how things do change, what we would have taken as bullying a few years back is now taken as harassment.
