There was a lot of repetitive videos and points from the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, almost to the point I thought I was redoing that course again. I feel the course could be combined as they cover the same behaviors.
Perhaps there needs to be a focus on what are achievable targets and what are not. Often, managers are being pushed to deliver financial outcomes and 'bend' / 'break' rules - ergo they push / bully as they feel bullied themselves.
The presenter used has a pleasant voice and the sessions were very easy to follow

really easy to find out the difference between bullying and harassment
very good training and everything explained properly.
Gave plenty of clear examples to show the difference between bullying and harassment. Also made sensible suggestions when "grey" areas are involved, and how to follow-up if issues are still not resolved.
