It is frustrating that the process does not just flow. I got all the way to the end of the training session, the gentleman said good luck, so i tried to proceed to the test but it forced me all the way back to the start, as I had not waited for the gentleman to prompt me to proceed. If that is going to happen, it would be best to be warned.

I found this training to be informative and enlightening. I thought I understood the issues related to bullying but I soon learned that my knowledge was quite limited. The training is engaging and very informative and will be so helpful in my new role as a support worker. Thank you.
