Thoroughly enjoyed this short course on bullying & harassment in the workplace. It's made clear some of the blurry lines of understanding I thought I had, creating more confidence in me. Great stuff!
Certainly makes you think about your own behaviour and that of others and should give the employee the confidence to be able to report any problems and know they will be taken seriously.
