excellent course, well explained, I really enjoyed it
Whilst a very interesting and relevant subject it felt very long in it's delivery.
This gives anyone the tools to deal with someone who is proven to be bullying or harassing someone else. Excellent material.
Course was very informative and highlighted the different areas well
Course crashed three times and every action took ages to complete. What should have been 45min took over twice that.
