Fascination with difference between Harrassment and Bullying rather than eradicating both. Too Long.
I find myself rather disturbed by the choice to portray the "bully" as a black woman and the "victim" as a white man - this is the exact opposite of the majority of bullying/harassment cases in reality and creates an unfair depiction.
This course was very informative and makes you aware of the negative impact both bullying and harassment can have on your workers and your workplace productivity.
