A really good level of information and easily understood.Should be done annually for staff/ managers.
This was an informative course - it was presented using clear, plain English which made it easy to understand. I would have liked to have seen some scenarios played out as part of the testing - rather than just multi choice to ensure that managers are really equipped to make the right decisions at the appropriate points in any stage.
I find the courses interesting, updating and a very good refresher.
