great

The course is very good and clear. The subject matter is dealt with fully and objectively, and situations clearly illustrate the points being made. The presenter uses clear, well articulated, simple language, has open body language. The main problem from my side is that it is too Anglo-centric to be used in Tanzania. Examples - ACAS - no relevance. Reporting of sexual harassment - 1 year.

Quick and concise

Course was quick, to the point and straight forward. Good food for thought in own behaviour, colleagues behaviour and confirming good practice and behaviours

Clear, concise and easy to remember

A good concise training tool. I learn more efficiently by reading the transcripts and making notes but it is also good to listen to it being read at the same time as it stays in my memory better.

Good content, easy to use and follow Lots of great information, and easy to understand. 20 question multi choice at the end, took just under 40mins

very clear, easy to take in

Very good and easy to understand presentation style. Left me with a few thoughts and ideas that I could practically implement to ensure best possible mindset of my teams. The test was a good cross-check of understanding and having scored 20/20 without the need to refer back is a good indicator that the key messages struck home and were well articulated in the first place. Left me feeling confident in my understanding of this important area.

Interesting course on the subject

This course promotes thought on the subject of bullying and harassment and where they can be present. It is interesting to see the differences and also similarities between the 2, although it can be challenging to distinguish the differences. A worthy course that would be very beneficial for all staff members to undertake and be mindful of.
