It was informative and interesting.

The duration of the course and the fact it can be done on-line, will be very useful for anyone in our Business who has a supervisory responsibility. There were good ideas for getting a productive culture within the Business. The downside of an on-line course is that there isn't any interaction with the Trainer, to talk about different scenarios. Also, I would have liked a section on the best way to investigate a case of bullying and/or harassment. Overall, I found the course useful.

I will be recommending that all our managers undertake this training as it was clear and easy to follow. The resources that come with the course are also very helpful.
