Another very good course.
I thought I had fair idea on bullying in the work place but after sitting down to this course it has shown me I didn't know enough. I now fully understand the difference between Bullying and Harassment. It has given me some ideas to move forward.
Very concise ,simple to follow,easy to follow and understand,giving good examples.
Lots of good information about both how to stop B&H and how to prevent it occurring in the first place.
This training course was ok but about 80% of the content was already covered in the non managerial Bullying and Harassment course. Perhaps delegates who are managers should only do the management version of the course as it wasted 30+ minutes that I don't have to spare as I have another 20+ courses to do! Thanks

Too high level and simplistic - more real life examples and working through a case would be helpful. investigations barely mentioned.
