it would have been interesting to sit the test before as well as after to see how much we'd learnt / if we needed to attend the learning...
A first step towards rooting out all forms of negative interpersonal behaviour in our august institution. Hopefully even the most senior managers need to take this test too. It would be excellent to discuss the issues at the heart of the course with them openly and frankly.

The content was good but having a Black woman as the bully and a white man as the victim creates poor visuals when women and people of colour are far more likely to be bullied or harassed than white men. Having a Black woman as the bully just perpetuates existing prejudices.
Good content but slightly too long.
I really enjoyed this course, the delivery was perfect, I completely understood the aims and objectives. The course was clear and i took everything in and learned quite a bit

Link much online training the questions in the quiz feel more about trying to catch you out then understanding if you are dyslexic.
