This course gave me confidence in how to handle and manage next steps should I witness any bullying or harassment or should a member of staff approach me for support.
Lots of up to date information, delivered in an excellent format. The difference between "Bullying" and "Harassment" can be complex, perhaps more time could have been given to this difficult area. Overall though very useful.

You discuss how a grievance may not be upheld but not the effect this has on the person accused, their mental health, the perception of them in the workplace by the management team, and how they will move forward. You talk about workplaces being inclusive, but do not include this scenario.
