A good course for understanding the terms and steps needed to ensure we have zero bullying or harassment in the work place.
Informative with lots of information of what to do if a bullying or harassment situation occurs.
I liked the video examples as they gave the course a more 'true life' feel.
It defines the differences between bullying and harassment.
I have done similar training previously, this training was a good refresher and highlighted the importance removing and dealing with any bullying and harassment incidences as soon as they occur.
