An accessible and in depth guide. It has key points for each topic that make, what could be an unsettling subject, easily digestible. Very informative.
Upon completion of this module, it allowed me reflect back on past conversations over the years, and has made me realise that I too, and fellow workers had been treated badly from those around us in the past at work. So I am more aware now, and this can only be a positive thing moving forward. Thank you.
This training is awesome for me
Excellent presentation style. Good real life examples and very informative. No time pressure to complete and clear instructions. I really enjoyed the training and now have a far better understanding of what could be classed as bullying and harassment in the workplace.
