I thought the course was very informative and gives Managers' a great understanding of how to deal bullying and harassment complaints in the workplace.

This was a great training session which gave great details in manageable chunks.

Easy to follow step by step guide to managing and understanding bullying and harassment .

Far too long and slow to explain points.

This course is well written and presented and leaves you in no doubt about bullying and harassment.It is visually and aurally aesthetic with transcript notes for added inclusivity AND the transcripts highlight each spoken sentence when the presenter is speaking (only when you select transcript). This is handy when doing this course at work when you don’t want to disturb colleagues as you can mute the sound and read in real time presenter speaking at the same time.The only drawback is the screen is reduced significantly to make room for the transcript. But overall, the aesthetic appeal and up-to-date training content is very impressive and has done its job to inform and educate. Thank you ihasco.

Good guides for meetings and overall great course.

Very clearly explains what can be a complex and sensitive subject at work. I was suprised at my lack of knowledge of some of the ethical and legal implications.
