Well presented, I liked the fact their was a short video presentation, and the option to read the transcription.The course went through at a good steady pace. Very informative, clear and concise delivery.
Well conveyed with quizzes along the way to keep one engaged. Helpful to have transcripts to quickly recap and check learning. Clear test questions at the end of the course to help reinforce understanding.

The course is massively good, it gives us confidence and safes life for others too. The improvement, in delivery areas should posses a strong designated areas to keep suspected packages.
