This is something that I think could be incorporating into our training.
Good succinct piece of training which communicates all the important details to deal with these sort of threats in the workplace.
The course gives clear, uncomplicated, straightforward instructions on the steps that should be taken in relation to bomb threat and receipt of a suspicious package.
A well structured course that allows you to complete at your own pace which gives you time to go over different scenario's in your own head. Clear and concise instruction.
