Very good, easy to follow and informative
Good to be reminded of procedures re: what to do and what not to do!
A good course in the main, but a few points that seem somewhat unrealistic - it seems hard to believe that a bomb threat caller would willingly give their name, address and telephone number during the call. Similarly, might a bomb package really feature a 'return address'?! Those suggestions were a shame, as they slightly dampened the credibility of an otherwise informative module.
