This worked well for me as a refresher, not too much detail but enough to make me realise what i have remembered. I would recommend this as a starter for basic knowledge or as a redresher.

I have learned basic things for life support which is very useful as a care support worker.
The choking information was helpful as the other first aid courses have I've done always seem to focus on resuscitation. Thanks
