i find some of the Videos to long, whilst I appreciate explanation is needed when the training is 69 minuets long its a long time to sit and listen looking at the screen and to stay focused it may be helpful if there was an option to auto play the videos so that you have to option to listen to the whole set without having to click next ever 30,60, 180 minutes etc, otherwise I enjoyed the content
I work for four top Care Providers all with their own course procedures and companies. This is a really good course.
