Fully enjoyed refreshing BSL, AED use really important update, as not had to use an AED in present role, so refreshing your knowledge is important to remind you what is required.

The course was ok but a bit repetitive going over differences for infants, children and adults but I can see why you would be required to do all.However, in the video section regarding an infant choking - the man feeds the baby a whole red grape, which was really alarming as children under 5 should only be fed chopped up grapes, small pieces. And even primary school children might need them cut in half.

The knowledge i got was over my expectations. I have learnt infection prevention and control procedures that keeps me safe and the client. The course was prepared in an way that was easy and simple to understand. The course equiped me with precautions to take when i am faced with the situations.
