Very good online course, informative helpful and easy to understand
very clear, I found it a bit more involving if I stood up and did the actions, benefit of having own office i suppose.
Banksman basics delivered in a concise manner. Easy to follow videos followed by bullet pointed summary at the end of each topic. It only took 20 minutes to complete so it didn't hold up my working day.

As it says is suitable for refresher training not full training.
The safety of all individuals on a busy site is a priority....we are more aware about the needs of others ....colleagues and customers...appreciate that we all work as a team....look out for one another...help wherever help is needed....to maintain the very high standards that give Blue Diamond the quality it deserves....all the training courses are of the highest quality....all staff abide by the rules above and beyond...as shown in the course..we feel like one big family and love our work....it seems a shame that such excellent staff are paid the very basic of wages .
