As a trainer myself i find a practical training course is better than a virtual or a computer question / answer test. as a one to one training course shows the candidates strengths and weaknesses . although on this occasion i understand that it was not possible

Should be followed up by pairing up with someone and practicing with the telehander in a safe environment in yard. Print and laminate signals and hand out to all employees.
