A simple and easy deliverance of information explaining the role and responsibilities of a Banksman.
Very easy to follow and learn more that I didn't know
All the information required could have been put into a couple of paragraphs explaining with a few videos to use as reference. There was no need to force employees to watch unnecessary videos without a skip option considering as a testing operative I park cars in spaces and help the general public with the process.

The course gives a very clear basis to work from having had no previous training or knowledge. Providing the common signals and outlines of when and how to use them safely.
I don't understand what Banksman training has got to do with the roll of the job I do found it really boring so that's why I have given the star rating of 3
