Learning what is expected from a Banksman
Fast and easy
Although this role would not be part of my normal day-to-day duties it was an interesting and informative preliminary course as to the banksmans role.
This course is very good for making you work safe
DEAR SIR /MADAM MAYBE one should build a course on TEAM BUILDING and team work . it is common practice to find tradesman on SITE S who consider the fact that they are self employed gives them the feeling that they only listen to SITE manager or do as they wish and have no concept of working as a A TEAM for the good of the project at hand .IT is a fact that the better the co operation among different trades the higher the probability the project will be finished on time and on TARGET .
