A great module for the uninformed and misguided. An attendee of the lesson will know what and what not to do in the event of uncertainty.

I found the whole module interesting and very useful for my line of work, in fact everyone should do this module.
An informative training programme which is easy to follow would have been 5 out of 5 but the sequence can take you in two directions and you may miss some of the info.
