Video presentation a good way of presenting the material rather than lots of slides to read through with the external links to HSE website and flowcharts very useful for keeping a record of tips which can be used later on with friends, family or colleagues.
I enjoyed the way the course was put together in short sections which kept me interested rather then just keeping the information flowing for the duration.
